Rev’d Dr Marian Ade’ Ishola was born and nurtured in a Christian family. She grew up in a Christian church and had personal encounter with Christ in her teenage years. She was involved in age graded Baptist church activities as well as relevant gender programs. She loves God, His word, and his people. She lives by “experience God and live right” as a dictum. She teaches for life’s illumination and transformation to God’s glory and the blessing of mankind. She has passion for soul winning and discipleship. She is concerned with developing right relationships and ethical leadership. Her area of specialization include: Christian Missions, Church History, Ethics and Philosophy. She has supervised several students, both at undergraduate and graduate levels successfully. She has impacted several youths, pastors, positively who are doing well in their chosen careers and ministries. She has served alongside her husband at different Baptist denominational levels: Education and Outreach Minister at local Churches, Treasurer, Prayer and Discipleship Coordinator at Associational level, as well as Adviser to Family Life Ministries at the Nigerian Baptist Convention. She facilitates learning at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, where she is impacting seasoned scholars in different areas of specializations and pastors who are thriving in their ministerial assignments to the glory of God. She has served as, Sandwich Program Coordinator, the Head, Theology Department, Supervised Ministry Experience Coordinator, as well as a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary with unalloyed commitment and dedication. She is still impacting and open to opportunity to influencing her generation and upcoming generations in conformity to the will of God for the world to the glory of God.
