Rev. Dr Emmanuel Akande Owoeye is a Pastor–Teacher by calling. He is passionate about apologetically responding to human existential challenges in the light of Christian Theology. Emmanuel’s vision for ministry is multiplying Christ’s kingdom ambassadors, who will be agents of transformation in the society with the goal of making eternity with Christ Jesus. He pursues this vision with a commitment to intentional gospel preaching, teaching, discipleship making, research and publishing.
Before his appointment as a lecturer at the NBTS Ogbomoso, Dr Owoeye has served as a Resident Chaplain and pastored a few Churches of the Nigerian Baptist Convention in Kaduna town, Kaduna State. He is married Pastor Mrs Tolulope S. Owoeye, the Chaplain of George Green Baptist College, Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso. Their marriage blessed with two children.
