The Multi-Staff Ministry Conference was held on Wednesday and Thursday, July 29 & 30, 2026 in the Conference Centre, Hybrid Library Extension Building of The Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary (NBTS), Ogbomoso. The conference featured sessions of praise, worship, devotion, prayer, teaching, discussion, and practical ministry exposure. Participants gained valuable insights into the fundamentals of Multi-Staff Pastoral Ministry, basic operations of Multi-Staff Pastoral Ministry, people management in Multi-Staff Pastoral Ministry, communication in Multi-Staff Pastoral Ministry, problem-solving in Multi-Staff Pastoral Ministry, and the role of spouses in Multi-Staff Pastoral Ministry. The event also included interactive discussion sessions.

The conference was presided over by Prof. Olusola Ayo-Obiremi on the first day and Dr Olalekan Fatiloro on the second day. Several experienced facilitators contributed to the success of the programme. They are: Prof. S. Ola Ayankeye, (the President of NBTS), Dr Samuel Auda (Dean, Faculty of Church Music); Dr Ben Akano (Distance Learning Coordinator), Heads of various Departments such as Dr Yeside Odiase, and Dr Emmanuel Fasipe. Dr Gbenga Adebayo, (the Acting Public Relations Officer), Dr Victoria Ayano, Dr Bolaji Olagoke, Dr Evelyn Olusanya, and The Acting Doves (Drama Ministry in NBTS) also ministered. The conference concluded with prophetic prayers led by Rev. Dr Olaide Ajeigbe. Towards the end of the conference, evaluation was carried out, and the closing prayer and benediction were led by Dr Olalekan Fatiloro. The conference consisted of both in-person and virtual participation from the MDiv, MDiv Special, and DMin programme level modular students. Photographs were taken during the programme with the facilitators and the seminary president. Many participants left the conference with determination and commitment to ensure that Multistaff (Pastoral) Ministry works positively wherever they are.
