STUDENTS’ SPORTS TRAINING

The Student Body organised a sports training session on the Seminary Sports field on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 as the semester began, as part of its effort to promote physical fitness, fellowship, and unity among students. The training featured football and volleyball, with active participation from both male and female students. Male students engaged in football drills and a practice match on the Seminary football pitch, emphasising teamwork, coordination, and endurance. At the same time, female students participated in the football practice, which included basic drills, passing exercises, and a friendly match that encouraged cooperation, agility, and sportsmanship.

The Seminary President honoured the session with his attendance the football match. His visit served as a source of encouragement and motivation to the students, underscoring the importance of physical well-being alongside academic and spiritual formation. The training recorded a good turnout of students from different programmes, and the atmosphere was lively, reflecting a strong spirit of unity and sportsmanship.
